What do you do?

The thoughtful fruiter is a locally based business offering everything fresh and delicious. We sell fresh fruit and veg in small or large orders. We also stock wonderful indoor and outdoor plants, yummy herbs, and beautiful bouquets. At christmas time, the Tree Shack is open with many fantastic christmas trees, of all shapes and sizes. Our Stall is based in Balham, South West London. 196 Weir Road, Balham, SW12 0NP, find out more here.

Can I have my order delivered?

Yes! We currently offer a free local delivery service for all order over £25. Delivery Locations:
SW2, SW4, SW8, SW9, SW11, SW12, SW13, SW14, SW15, SW16, SW18, SW19, SW20, SE24, SE25, SE26, SE27, CR4, SM4. If your order is below £25 a £3.99 delivery charge will apply. If you require delivery outside of the postcodes listed, please contact us before processing an order, as further charges may apply. Find out more here.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! Anyone can come and collect their order from our stall. We are open Monday - Saturday  8am - 7pm and Sunday 10am - 3pm. Find out more here.

Is your shop outdoors?

Yes! We currently operate from our Balham, South London stall, find out more here.

When will my order be delivered?

We deliverMonday-Saturday between 8am-10pm. At the checkout you will need to specify your required delivery date. If you require a same day delivery you will need to call or email us directly to ensure we are able to fulfill this.

What if I am not happy with my delivery?

Here at the thoughtful fruiter we want to ensure all our customers are happy. If you have an item or a whole delivery that appears not to be up to standard please contact us immediately on delivery. We will try to replace the items and if this is not possible we will offer a refund for the items in question, we may ask for images or proof just to ensure we have a record to make sure it doesn't happen again! We try to avoid sending out items that are not up to standard by checking over each individual box and order, however sometimes things can slip through as we are only human, so please do let us know!
