Refund & Returns Policy

 

If you are not happy with any items in your delivery please call us immediately upon delivery - 07956 808758.

We may ask for an image of the item for quality control. This will also help us to ensure we can replace the items with the stock available and record the complaint to ensure it doesn't happen again.

​

We will endeavour to get a replacement over to you asap! If stock is no longer available or we are unable to deliver or you are unable to collect a replacement, we will process a refund for the items that are unsatisfactory.
